Goodbye July
This day comes every year. The day you feel so torn between loving summer, being anxious for some cool weather vibes and then feeling guilty for all those summer adventures you haven’t completed.
So our meditation for the day is to write down the summer fun we adored. I am going to pick my top 5 moments that felt DREAMY (see below). I hope you do too.

With With balloons, prosecco, bubbles, and blankets in hand, we strolled into Sheep Meadow. The air was filled with a mix of laughter and chatter, creating a vibrant backdrop to our relaxed gathering. Groups of friends tossed a frisbee back and forth, while nearby, finance bros engaged in animated conversations, The scene was a tapestry of life: best friends sharing secrets, a solitary reader absorbed in a novel, and families enjoying the warmth of the sun. Strollers passed by, some pausing to take in the sights, while others moved on.

The joy of doing something alone with your dog. On my birthday we packed up some art supplies and hiked out to a lighthouse to paint. We used sandy texture and there is no doubt some real sand. Our hair was so full of wind and course sea sand by the time we left- just the way we like it.
