🌍 A Love Letter to the Earth

Each brushstroke I make is, in some way, a thank-you to the Earth. To the colors that remind us we belong to something beautiful, wild, and alive.

This Earth Week, I’m inspired by a favorite book Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer:

"What else can you offer the earth, which has everything? What else can you give but something of yourself?"

For me, that offering is art. Painting the land, the light, and the moments of stillness is how I give something back. It’s how I say: I see you. I’m grateful. I want to remember this.

We all have our own way of noticing and honoring the world around us.
Here are a few ways you can write your own love letter to the Earth this week:

Bring the outdoors in. Choose artwork that reminds you of your favorite lake, a quiet walk in the woods, or salt in your hair by the sea. When you hang that memory on your wall, you’re keeping the feeling alive—and investing in a story worth telling.

Have a place or a bird or a recreation activity that you would love to capture it’s essence as it is now? Join me on the creative process and let’s design a custom canvas for your space and your family to cherish forever. What a wonderful way to honor the earth.
